All you have to do is follow these steps while applying make up.Hope you like it and having fun.
Steps:-
1: Exfoliate your lips with a lip scrub. Also apply some lip balm.
2: Outline your lips with a lip pencil that matches your natural lip colour. If your lips are smaller you can always outline slightly over your lip line.
3: Dab a bit of concealer on the middle of your lips.
4: Apply your favourite lipstick which matches the Lip Liner color.
5: At last, use your favourite lip gloss and apply some highlighter on your cupid’s bow for better result.
