Easy Tips And Tricks For Strong And Natural Nails

Nails are a important part of the body that can't be neglected. Every woman at least want to have a nice nails. Unfortunately, stress and diet doesn’t only affect us weight, but also our nails. There are several ways to get stronger nails, not just by diet changes but also by easy treatments that yo can prepare at your home. We will show you a few easy tips and tricks for strong nails that will change the way they look forever!

1. Olive oil and lemon juice
Combine a teaspoon of olive oil with a little bit of fresh lemon juice and apply onto the nails. It is recommended to do this just before going to bed and stay with it throughout the night.

2. Sea Salt
Combine 2 tablespoons of sea salt with a few drops of lemon juice. Put in a bowl and fill with warm water. Put your hands into the solution for about 15 minutes.

3. Different oils – seed oil, sesame oil, almond oil, olive oil etc.
Just spread the oil onto the nails using a cotton pad. For best results do this at least three times per day.
