3. Ongina – Ryan Ong Palao
Known to be a drag, diva. He is born Filipino and raised in the Philippines. He describe himself as a woman trapped in a man’s body. Ongina, her screen name, was born when he joined the reality TV Series RuPaul’s Drag Race. He was diagnosed with HIV in 2006 and announced it in 2008 after winning the “MAC Viva Glam” challenge. Today, Ongina has a web series HIV+ Me, where he converse with other HIV-positive people about their experiences.
4.Tyler Curry

A freelance columnist and a fiction writer. He is the senior editor of an online magazine that fights discrimination against people with HIV/AIDS. He was 28 when he found out he was infected by the virus. Since then, Curry has become active in writing about HIV, educating the many and changing the way people think about HIV.
5. Rod Daily
An online personality and pom star, Daily, announced via twitter that he is HIV positive on September 2013. He is said to be the second pom star that has been contracted with HIV. His announcement leads to a week-long shutdown of the pom industry in San Fernando Valley.
6. Nadja Benaissa
At age 14, she admitted being addicted to cocaine. At 16, she got pregnant and learned that she was HIV-positive. And Nadja was found guilty in 2010 of infecting her boyfriend with the virus by having an unprotected $ex.
7. Andy Bell
Erasure’s lead singer Andy Bell announced being an HIV victim on December 2004 but admitted to had kept it for years before telling the public. He has donated to charities and raise funds to support HIV/AIDS research.
9. Zackie Achmat
A film director and the co-founder of Treatment Action Campaign (TAC). An active member in behalf of the people living with HIV/AIDS in South Africa. He was diagnosed in 1990 with HIV.
10. Magic Johnson
“I enjoy being the messenger for God in terms of letting people know about HIV and AIDS.” Magic Johnson
He is one of NBA’s best player. In 1991, he announced that he had an HIV during his retirement with LA Lakers. His condition raises awareness to the public, he wrote a guide entitled “What You Can Do to Avoid AIDS” to educate others. He also established a foundation named after him to support HIV/AIDS research.
