-A nail polish matching the glitter polish
-Reinforcement Paper
-Detailing nail art brush
-Top coat

Steps:-
1. Apply 2 coats of glitter polish. Wait till it’s completely dry.
2. Apply Reinforcement Paper.Apply the Nail polish matching with Glitter polish and Accurately remove the paper.
3. Wait few minutes for the Ruffian details to dry, clean up around cuticles and apply 2-3 coats of clear fast drying top coat.
