Steps:-
1. Apply a base coat using Red nail polish.

2. Then apply White polish on the nail tip, apply two coats of this nail polish.

3. Using a dotting tool make dots on the bottom of the nail as shown in picture.

4. Apply green color polish on the white white polish, but only on the half section.

5. Apply dots on green color area with dotting tool using black color.

6. Seal the nail art with top coat.You are done.
