You Will Need:-
☛ Black, Blue, Dark blue and white nail polish
☛ Dotting tool
☛ Top coat

Steps:-
1. Apply a base color using White nail polish.
2. Take blue color polish and paint less then half of your nail as pictured.
3. Start making the hair of disney with the dry polish. You can do this using a brush.
4. Make two eyes of disney with white polish.
5. Take the blue polish which is darker then previous nail polish and make a nose of disney as pictured.
6. After that make a black hole in the eyes under the white one and then make a hole with white under the black one as shown in picture.
