You Will Need:-
☛ Base coat(white color polish)
☛ Dotting tool
☛ Red color glitter nail polish
☛ Top coat
Steps:-
1. Apply a white color polish on your nails as a base color.
2. With a thin brush or dotting tool with a red polish start painting the lips, make a small arch near the nail tip.
3. Make another arch to complete the upper lip as shown in picture.
4. Make a large arch to connect both sides of upper lips and your lower lip is ready.
5. Make another lip under the already making lip to define them, and the space between them will look like smile as pictured.
6. Fill the lips with a glitter red polish and outline them with a black polish, Apply a top coat.You are done.
